石英砂介绍
石英石亦称硅石，是一种质地坚硬、耐磨、化学性质稳定的硅酸盐类矿物。石英砂是石英石经破碎加工而成的石英颗粒，石英砂的颜色为乳白色、或无色半透明状，内在分子链结构、晶体形状和晶格变化规律，使其具有的耐高温、热膨胀系数小、高度绝缘、耐腐蚀、压电效应、谐振效应以及其独特的光学特性。

石英砂滤料用途
石英砂是与过滤容器结合，用于截留水中悬浮物胶体等颗粒杂质，从而起到过滤作用。主要可分为以下几类:
1、普通石英砂滤料:主要用在污水处理中，用三五年都没问题，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要紧，因为污水处理中，污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸，将污水中的污染物降解。
2、精制石英砂滤料:用在纯水处理中，在砂滤器中，一般2到3年就要更换，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了，只能更换。石英砂滤料通过Iso9001-2000质量体系认证。在中性及值在范围内的酸性水中都很稳定，但在碱性水中有微溶解，化学水处理中SiO2增量不超过2mg/L。

石英砂应用
石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料，非化学危险品，广泛用于玻璃、铸造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶炼硅铁、冶金熔剂、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡胶、磨料等工业。可汽运，火车运输。
具体表现为：
