本机适用于各类EVA产品、鞋底、活动鞋垫及沙滩鞋面等材料的冷压定型、PU皮、牛皮、猪皮、活动鞋底、泡棉、鞋面、针织棉成型或各式皮件热压纹成型。可制作成鞋垫、鞋面、鞋底、箱包、眼镜盒，手袋等产品。

配备特点：
1、 本机乃龙门式结构设计，承受压力大，抗张力强，寿命长。
2、 采用进口液压配件和高压力低能耗之油压动作系统及液控保压控制回路，加压时间短。成型效果好，效率高，亦可单独作业。配备模具安装油路，上升下降位置均可自由定位，更换模具方便快捷。
3、 配有油温冷却器系统，防止油温过高，使油封和油压配件的使用寿命达到最高。
4、 每个工作岗位的油路系统均为独立控制，均配有自动时间控制器和计数器，可单独工作。分开对应排放，故障判断简单快捷，维修方便。
5、 铁工作板上附有铝合金冷却板并采用双向冷却，循环效果快且均匀。材料定型速度快且不易变形。可搭配冰水系统，生产效率更高及品质更好。
6、 可根据客户需要提供冷定型、热定型或二冷二热机型及不同的模板尺寸。
7、 本机可选装微电脑控制,有效提高产量及质量,降低故障率及生产成本.
8、 也可选装安全光幕，防止操作工人压到手指。
9、集中电气控制箱,电气元件分布合理, 每条线都做有记号，诊断维修简单快捷，不易出故障，控制系统更为可靠.
Application:
This machine suitable for various EVA products, soles, movable shoe pads and beach shoe upper and other materials, PU leather, calf leather, pigskin, movable sole, sponge foaming molding, upper molding, knitting cotton molding or various leather pressure strip molsing.
Feature:
1、 This machine is designed of double columm structure which can be resisted big pressure, long servicing life and high tension resistance.
2、 Adopting high-tension oil-pressure moving system and electronic control circuit, it saves much time in pressuring. With good effect in forming, it has high efficiency. It can work independently. With die setting circuit, it is easier to replace the die.
3、 Attached with aluminum alloy cooling plate, it has a double-way cooling system to have a good and even circulation. It can work with ice water system to improve working efficiency and quality.
4、 May provide two posts / four posts machine according to customers requirement.
5、 May provide electro-heating system according to requirement additionally.
