煤质球状活性炭简介
煤质球状活性炭采用优质褐煤或无烟煤及粘合剂、催化剂等经粉碎、混合、成球、干燥、碳化、活化而制成。外观呈灰黑色球形或椭球形,具有较大的比表面积和空隙机构,械强度高,脱硫性能好。硫容量高,应用阻力小,气流分布均匀等优点。
煤质球状活性炭特点
球型活性炭其体形结构为至少含有一层由活性炭材料制成的球形外壳,球形外壳内是球形内核体,可由不同于球形外壳材料的无机材料制作,球形外壳的直径可达10mm。球形活性炭由于内核体可由不同于球形外壳材料的无机材料制成,球形活性炭的比表面积可高达500-1000m2/g,有利于球形活性炭构成材料性能充分发挥。另外,由于球形活性炭之间形成的流体流道流体力学性能好,流体通过活性炭层压力降小,因此特别适用于床内活性炭堆砌层高度大的固定床气体处理装置。球状活性炭是以石油系沥青为原料制备的球形度高的活性炭。除了具有活性炭所拥有的吸附性能外,还有着其他多种特点。

煤质球状活性炭在气体净化处理中的应用:
球状活性炭因其高纯度、低尘、球状、低压力损失的特点以及超强的净化能力,已在半导体行业净化室过滤网的吸附材料、电子器件等的气体处理等领域被采用。本产品广泛应用于净化半水煤气、原料气天然气、油田气、煤气、及二氧化碳气体中的H2S及部分有机硫化物。
煤质球状活性炭在水处理中的应用:
活性炭吸附处理是水处理的一个分支,随着水质污染以及有关管理措施的强化,对活性炭的需求也在增加。在活性炭吸附处理中,流化床方式显示优异的除污效率,在流化床方式中是采用球形活性炭作为吸附剂的净水厂已经发挥了10年以上的功效。此外,利用其高纯度、低尘、耐磨损的特点,球形活性炭在纯水制造装置及排水处理装置中也得到使用。
煤质球状活性炭在其他应用的方面:

包装:煤质球状活性炭产品为编织袋包装,内衬聚乙烯塑料薄膜,每袋净重25公斤,产品在贮存时应放置于阴凉干燥处,不得与有毒、有害、有异味的产品混合存放。
活性炭注意事项
1、活性炭在运输过程中,防止与坚硬物质混状,不可踩、踏,以防炭粒破碎,影响质量。
2、储存应储存于多孔型吸附剂,所以在运输储存和使用过程中,都要绝对防止水浸,因水浸后,大量水充满活性空隙,使其失去作用。
3、活性炭防止焦油类物质在使用过程中,应禁止焦油类物质带入活性炭床,以免堵塞活性炭空隙,使其失去吸附作用。最好有除焦设备净化气体。
4、防火活性炭在储存或运输时,防止与火源直接接触,以防着火、活性炭再生时避免进氧并再生彻底,再生后必须用蒸汽冷却降至80℃以下,否则温度高,遇氧,活性炭自燃。
活性炭吸附简介
活性炭对水体中的挥发性有机物有比较好的吸附效果,可使水体中各种挥发性有机物去除率达到25%~65%。比较各种不同分子量有机物的吸附规律可以看出,对于挥发性有机物,分子量越大,它们的去除率就越高。这与苯酚与阳离子嫩黄的吸附规律类似,即对于水体中的小分子有机物而言,分子量越大,越容易被活性炭吸附。活性炭对分子量小于480以下的可提取有机物有着很好的去除效果,而对大分子有机物的去除效率很低。这主要是由于活性炭的微孔结构空问位阻效应,太大的有机物分子不能进入到活性炭的孔隙内部,只能在活性炭的表面吸附,这样它在活性炭上的有效吸附位下降,致使其吸附效率较小。
活性炭对挥发性有机物与可提取有机物吸附有着较大的差别。挥发性有机物随分子量的增大,其吸附效果越好,而可提取有机物随分子量的减小,其吸附效果越好。这主要是由于挥发性的有机物主要是一些极性比较小的有机物,而可提取的有机物是极性比较大的有机物,活性炭本身可以看作是一个非极性吸附剂,对水中非极性物质的吸附能力大于极性物质的吸附能力。而且,吸附质分子大小与活性炭呈一定比例时,最有利于吸附。对于极性较小的分子,分子量越大,越有利于吸附。
活性炭对水体中各种有机物的吸附有非常大的竞争性,其对各种有机物吸附量的大小不仅与有机物的分子结构有关,而且与水体中有机物种类的多寡有关。同时,对于挥发性有机物与可提取有机物,它们在活性炭上的吸附量与分子量的大小关系截然相反。可提取有机物随分子量的增大,其吸附性能减弱;而挥发性有机物随分子量增大起吸附性能亦增大。
