球状活性炭介绍
宁夏碧源球状活性炭采用优质木屑、椰壳等为原料，经粉碎、混合、成球、干燥、碳化、活��而制成。外观呈灰黑色球形状，表面光滑且有黑亮光泽，良好的球形度。本产品造价低效果好，特别适合空气干燥、气象干燥、空压机专用。球状活性炭的主要特性表现在吸附性上，球形活性炭的吸附性能分为物理吸附和化学吸附。物理吸附是由于活性炭具有多孔性，故使其具有巨大的比表面积，致使其具有强吸附性。球形活性炭，通过高效吸附有机小分子物质，同时自身离子污染物少，可以保证超纯水制作的可靠性。球状活性炭与多孔聚胺酯泡沫的复合结构可作为化学过滤器用于吸附气体中的小分子杂质。

球状活性炭用途
1、溶剂回收：
化工厂使用各种有机溶剂的工程排出的气体中，含有各种有机溶剂、无机及有机硫化物、烃类、氯气、油、汞及其他对环境有害的成分，可以用活性炭进行吸附以后再排放。
2、过滤器等的煤气处理：
球形活性炭因其高纯度、低尘、球状、低压力损失的特点以及超强的净化能力，已在半导体行业净化室过滤网的吸附材料、电子器件等的气体处理等领域被采用。
3、水处理：
活性炭吸附处理是水处理的一个分支，随着水质污染以及有关管理措施的强化，对活性炭的需求也在增加。在活性炭吸附处理中，流化床方式显示优异的除污效率，在流化床方式中是采用球形活性炭作为吸附剂的净水厂已经发挥了10年以上的功效。此外，利用其高纯度、低尘、耐磨损的特点，球形活性炭在纯水制造装置及排水处理装置中也得到使用。
